- A government-issued ID required for check-in.
- A spare pair of shoes or clothes in case you get wet.
- A fully charged phone, as it will be your main point of contact with us during your time on the water.
- Bring water to stay hydrated throughout your ride.

Our Policies
Policy Regarding Cancellations
To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
Adverse Weather Policy
For the safety of our customers, reservations may be canceled by either party due to bad weather. You can choose to cancel for a full refund or reschedule, based on availability. Since weather and water conditions can change unexpectedly, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time if riding is deemed unsafe.
Policy Regarding Drugs and Alcohol
The use of alcohol or drugs may affect your ability to ride safely. If our staff suspects you are under the influence of either, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Policy Regarding Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation so we can get you ready and go over safety instructions. If you expect to be late, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to adjust. However, if we can't accommodate a late arrival, your ride time may be shortened or your reservation may be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
